It
is an easy and ready-to-use self-expanding single-compound polyurethane foam.
Once hardened, most of the foam has a closed pore structure thus keeping heat very well.
It eliminates vibrations and the noise transmission. It ensures a resistant gluing of
different building elements. It can be painted, glued or plastered. It is resistant to
ageing and its thermal endurance is from -40 to + 120°C. Once it has completely hardened
it is waterproof and resistant to petrol, oil, detergents, acids, solvents, corrosion,
mildews and micro organisms. |

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Shake well the bomb before using.
The best temperature to apply the foam is +20 °C (+/-5 °C).Press the bomb delivery valve
to spray the foam. 20 minutes after its application, thanks to the air humidity, the foam
will form a skin, which does not tack to the surface.During the hardening phase, the foam
expands by about 120%. The final hardening is achieved after about 3 hours according to
the air temperature and humidity and to the thickness. Use CLEAN SEAL or similar products
to clean PVC and GFK surfaces. Use a special PRIMER on porous concrete and on calcined
gypsum tiles.
