WARMTEX Paraffinic bands for high temperature

 Corrosion proofing insulating band for the protection of metal surfaces. Suitable for the covering of tanks and pipes conveying hot and cold fluids in humid and/or saline places, as well as of overhead or underground pipes. WARMTEX band, an excellent protection against stray currents, creates a steam barrier and is effective up to 120°C. This band keeps its elasticity and inalterability all over the years. It is waterproof (saline water, too) gasproof, steamproof, impermeable to diluted chemical agents, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Wind the band up (cold winding up) overlapping 10 - 50 % two following turns on pipes or in a longitudinal way overlapping 20 - 25 mm the ends on other surfaces. Exert a light stretch, seal, level off and press the band by hand carefully.
TECHNICAL DATA: Working temperature: - 50 + 120 °C (with picks of 130 °C), underground 100 °C - Mean thickness: 1.3 mm +/-10% - Tensile strength: 2.5 Kg/cm width -
